Our typical Full Maintenance Program provides for examination, adjustment, lubrication, cleaning, fire service and emergency phone testing, phone monitoring, and if conditions warrant, unless specifically excluded under the exclusions or special provisions sections, repair of the elevator equipment. Should the elevator equipment malfunction, an emergency call back service is provided during regular working hours of regular working days at no additional charge.
If overtime examinations, repairs or emergency minor call back services are required, we will absorb the worked hours at regular time rates and bill for the overtime premium.
Service calls or repairs necessitated by misuse or vandalism are not covered and will be billed at our standard hourly rates.
